Hi, I work at a derm office. They give Botox injections too and I never heard of this. I am not a nurse or anything, but I do wonder if whoever gave you the injection actually injured a nerve or the Botox did tissue damage of some sort.
I think you should consult a new dermatologist, a cosmetic dermatologist, one who has a lot of experience in Botox, and have that doctor examine your eye area and give you his opinion on this.
You should probably visit your doctor just to make sure its nothing serious. I dont know about botox, but I had a black eye once that bruised the skin and left a green/blue vein under my eye for a while..maybe its something like that? Like a damaged vein or something?
