Does Botox get rid of the crows feet wrinkles that appear WHILE you are smiling?

I know Botox can get rid of crows feet wrinkles that have been formed over many years of smiling. But I don’t know if it can get rid of the wrinkles that happen WHILE you are smiling.

I have no wrinkles except for when I smile. I’d like to know if Botox injections would get rid of those.
