Get the Most From Your Botox With Ultimate Image

Botox is being sold in most Doctor’s offices in the Tampa Bay area from anywhere between $12 and $18 per unit. At Ultimate Image Cosmetic Medical Center, the charge is $12 per unit. However the drop in price is certainly no indication of a drop in quality.

Karl Swanson M.D., the medical director of Ultimate Image Cosmetic Medical Center, administers more Botox than any other doctor in the surrounding Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Tampa Bay area. He is the only certified ‘Platinum’ level doctor in the area, which is measured by the amount of Botox the patient receives in the office. ‘Platinum’ level Botox providers can offer loyal patients with a $25 dollar off per treatment Benefits Card which keeps the price of Botox even lower than the competition would like to allow.

“Botox injections are more often than not administered hastily and improperly by practioners with little experience. I personally do all of the filler and Botox injections at Ultimate Image to assure they are administered to the highest standard”. Dr. Karl Swanson is also the leading provider of dermal filler injections in the Tampa Bay area, as well as the only provider of the new Fraxel Re:pair CO2 Resurfacing Laser, which is making breakthroughs in the way we see the aging process. “This machine can quite literally take 10 years off of your face. It is nothing short of extraordinary”.

Dr. Swanson was the first to perform this procedure in the state of Florida and is both excited and optimistic about the anti-ageing possibilities the treatment offers. “While CO2 technology is nothing new, a safe and fractionated approach is and the results I have personally seen are phenomenal”.

“My goal is to offer the highest quality available to my clientele in the surrounding Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Tampa Bay area. We have also attracted a little national and international attention here. I’m proud to say I have patients from Atlanta to South Africa”.

Ultimate Image Cosmetic Medical Center can offer these procedures are a reasonable price due to the amount of commitment Dr. Karl Swanson and his staff have to their patients.“I just want to see my patients satisfied with how they look and feel”.

How Botox Ruined Deborah’s Life

When used correctly, Botox can get rid of wrinkles without the need for expensive surgery, unsightly scars or a long recovery time. But in a few cases, it can produce side effects that although temporary, can lead to emotional scars.

One of these side effects is a drooping eyelid or ptosis that can occur if too much Botox is injected or if the toxin is injected in the wrong area. This problem normally happens in one to two percent of patients and can affect one or both eyelids.

“This drooping is a result of the local dissemination of the toxin in the injection site and can be minimized by accurate dosing, as well as proper placement, and keeping the patient in an upright position for three to four hours after injection. If drooping eyelids occur, it is usually minimal and is usually resolved within two weeks,” according to the Dermatology Associates of Atlanta.

In Deborah Townsley’s case, however, this side effect lasted longer than she expected. As a result, she became severely depressed and emotionally devastated. Her sad story is featured on LocateADoc.com.

“I had received Botox injections between my eyebrows for a frown line five times (every 3 – 4 months). I was aware that Botox is a new treatment. However, I didn’t think it was too risky, especially since it gave me the much desired results. Every time I read and signed the consent form which informed me of the risks, I thought they would never happen to me,” she narrated.

While preparing for the Christmas holidays with her kids and grandchildren, the unexpected happened. Four days after receiving the injections, Deborah’s right eyelid started drooping as if she had suffered a stroke. Her doctor said it would disappear in 7 – 10 days or two weeks at the most. He was wrong.

“I set time limits in my mind that surely this will be better by Sunday or by the time they arrive or by the time we get our pictures done or before the talent show. But every time limit came and went with seemingly no improvement. Every night I went to bed, hoping and praying that it would miraculously be better by morning. Every day, I woke up so depressed,” Deborah said.

After two months, nothing changed. The dropping eyelid was still there and Deborah decided she would never have Botox again.

“I was never angry at the doctor – I don’t think he did anything different on that day or anything wrong. The only thing that I was frustrated about (and I did call him several times just to inform him of the outcome) was that he told me very clearly, very emphatically, in the beginning that this would last for two weeks at the most!

“I know that he felt horrible for the mishap. He knew I was devastated as I cried in the office. He knew this was the worst time for something like this to happen. And he wanted to make me feel better – but his false hopes made me feel worse,” she said.

Due to the growing number of people who have suffered due to Botox, manufacturers have developed safe and natural anti-wrinkle remedies. One popular product that is currently making waves is the Rejuvinol AM/PM Botox Alternative Age-Defying System. This two-in-one anti-aging formula combines the nourishing effects of the Rejuvinol morning moisturizer and the muscle-relaxing Rejuvox night cream. Are Crows Feet Botox Treatments Really Effective?

You might disagree, but hear me out on this – I know that many people still hold onto the belief that crows feet Botox treatments are the only effective way to get effective results, but there are actually safer ways in which to go about attaining younger looking skin. This type of treatment can be extremely harmful to you if you are not extremely careful, why would you put yourself at risk?

There has been a lot of controversy surrounding the use of collagen and Botox injections over the years, and with good reason. Injected collagen runs the risk of allergic reactions, and immune system dysfunction because the collagen that is derived for the treatments isn’t derived from humans. It comes mainly from cattle, swine, and chickens.

One major problem that you could come across with animal derived collagen is that if the animal was improperly tested for diseases transferable to humans then you could be at risk. Mad cow disease with your treatment today Mrs. Smith? There are also problems associated with crows feet Botox treatments that have caused many a concern throughout the medical profession.

What happens when they give you one of these treatments is that the injected compound paralyzes the muscle in the area where you are having the problem. Once paralyzed the muscle sags, and pulls on the skin that covers it which effectively smooths out the fine lines and wrinkles. It is a clinical procedure because there has to be a great deal of precision used.

Now there is somewhat of an uproar over the use of crows feet Botox alternatives in over the counter creams. Now I have already stated that the treatment has to be very precise in order not to affect the wrong muscle groups, which could simply worsen your appearance. People should not be allowed to use a formula at home that causes paralysis of the ****** muscles, because problems are bound to occur.

As a matter of fact the Food and Drug Administration, which oversees the cosmetics industry here, has told the creators of these alternative creams that if their products are truly having the same effect as Botox then they we going to classify the ingredient as a drug, and ban it to clinical use only. This is how serious the problems related to these compounds really are.

If you want to get the same wrinkle reducing effect as crows feet Botox treatments without any of the danger, then what you should try as a healthy alternative are products that contain the ingredients Functional Keratin, and Phytessence Wakame sea kelp extract. What these will do is increase the amount of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid that is in your skin.

So there you have it. As these foundational tissues significantly increase you will see a remarkable change in your appearance. It will not exactly happen overnight but it will happen, and when you are back to looking young again it’s easy and inexpensive to stay that way. Leave the crows feet Botox treatments alone, and try the safe alternative that will have you looking better than you ever dared dream.
